Membership in the SCHS
The Stafford County Historical Society offers four types of membership:
Lifetime: Individuals make a one time dues payment of $200 which grants membership for life.
Family: A family pays $25 as dues for membership during the calendar year.
Individual: An individual pays $15 as dues for membership during the calendar year.
Student: A student of any age pays $5 as dues for membership during the calendar year for all benefits and privileges except voting.
All members enjoy membership for the period covered by the dues paid by receiving notification of all events, quarterly newsletters, opportunities to work with and learn about areas of special interest to them and to enjoy socializing with others having common interest in the rich history of Stafford County.
Members have the opportunity to volunteer and serve at special area events like Discovery Days, Stafford Appreciation Day, and the annual Juneteenth Celebration.
